Open Support Tickets

Get dedicated support from the community and the Retell team. Here are the ways to open a support ticket:
  • Customer Support Portal - Submit and track support tickets through a dedicated portal with the Retell support team.
  • Support Forum - Post questions publicly and get help from Retell staff and the broader community.
  • Email support@retellai.com - Reach Retell’s support team directly by email. This creates the same type of support request as the Customer Support Portal.
Please include the helpful context in your support ticket, like:
  • Your Retell workspace id / agent id / call id
  • The issue you are facing
  • The steps to reproduce the issue
  • The screenshots of the issue

Report Outage

If you are going through an urgent outage that breaks your voice agent production traffic, feel free to submit a report here. Retell team will act on the outage report in a timely manner. Please do not abuse it if it’s not an outage, open a support ticket instead.
