  • The issue you are facing
  • The steps to reproduce the issue
  • The screenshots of the issue

Report Outage

If you are going through an urgent outage that breaks your voice agent production traffic, feel free to submit a report here. Retell team will act on the outage report in a timely manner. Please do not abuse it if it’s not an outage, open a support ticket instead.
